• Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: Server logs that include IP addresses, request timestamps, and pages visited. These are used for security monitoring, rate limiting, and service reliability.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect portfolio holdings, brokerage credentials, or client PII beyond your email address.
• We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the Service (sending daily briefs, managing your subscription).
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To communicate service updates, billing notices, and security-relevant information.
• To monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data they process on our behalf.
• Resend: Email delivery for briefs and transactional emails.

We retain your email address and subscription records for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance. Server logs are retained for security and operational purposes.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all connections, HTTP-only secure session cookies, rate limiting, and access controls. The application binds to localhost with an HTTPS reverse proxy for remote access. We do not expose administrative interfaces to the public internet.

8. Your Rights

• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@amapola.io.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Terms of Service).

9. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party cookies or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
