Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview

The Amapola Brief is a paid subscription service offered by Amapola Farms LLC. These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern the billing, renewal, and cancellation of your subscription.

2. Free Trial

• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial beginning on the date of subscription.
• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

3. Automatic Renewal

• At the end of your free trial, your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis at the then-current rate ($49.00/month as of April 2026).
• Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
• Your subscription will continue to renew each month until you cancel.

4. Pricing

• The current subscription price is $49.00 per month.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes. Washington state sales tax may apply.
• We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers via email.
• Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by emailing info@amapola.io.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Stripe. Amapola does not store your credit card details.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment method.
• Continued payment failure may result in suspension of your subscription.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@amapola.io for refund inquiries.
